1. What types of products does Orazone offer? Orazone specializes in health and beauty products designed to enhance well-being. Our range includes skincare, hair care, wellness supplements, and more. Each product is carefully selected to ensure the highest quality and effectiveness.
2. How do I place an order? To place an order, simply:
- Browse our product selection and choose the items you wish to purchase.
- Add the desired products to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
- Once you have everything you need, proceed to checkout by clicking on the cart icon and following the instructions to complete your purchase.
3. What payment methods are accepted? We accept a variety of payment methods including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other digital payment options available at checkout.
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. 4. Do you ship internationally? Yes, Orazone offers worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
5. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location but generally range from 2-4 weeks. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
6. Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our customer support immediately if you need to make a change. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as your order may already be in processing.
7. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team for a return authorization and instructions on how to send your product back for a refund or exchange.
If the item(s) you received are defective/incorrect/damaged,please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

9. How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your account on our website to view order status and tracking information.
10. How do I use a promotional code? If you have a promotional code, you can enter it at checkout in the designated field. The discount will be applied to your total purchase amount. Please note that only one promotional code can be used per order.
